Located on the outskirts of Geneva, the municipality of Collex-Bossy initiated the renovation of the Gindre Constantin farmhouse to create a new village center. In 2012, it partially acquired this iconic building of local agricultural heritage with the aim of revitalizing it while developing local services and fostering attractive economic activity.

The optimization of these vast spaces was designed in consultation with local residents and supported by a market study, leading to the creation of an innovative project: a co-working and co-living space. This concept includes various communal areas, such as a play area, a café, a rotisserie, a grocery store showcasing regional products, and a *carnotzet*, staying true to local traditions. The co-working space, managed by Voisins, offers workstation rentals and meeting rooms tailored to the needs of professionals. Additionally, guest rooms are available for visitors seeking comfortable and authentic accommodation.

In 2024, Clarma responded to the call for tenders to supply lighting fixtures for the different areas of the farmhouse. The site's new configuration allowed for the integration of distinctive lighting, perfectly in harmony with the spirit of the location.

Plusminus, the playful luminaire

The Plusminus luminaire by Vibia has been installed in the children's play area as well as in the large central hall, providing both a functional and aesthetic lighting solution. Thanks to its innovative conductive ribbon system, this modular luminaire offers great installation flexibility and seamlessly adapts to the architecture of the space.

In the central hall, the lightweight and graphic Plusminus suspension in a spherical shape creates a subtle luminous vine that highlights the volumes and brings a warm, enveloping atmosphere. Its textile diffuser softens the light, providing gentle and uniform illumination—perfect for communal spaces. In the play area, the modular system allows for a playful and safe installation, delivering lighting tailored to children's needs while blending harmoniously into the environment.

The supervision of the lighting supply was flawless, ensuring a smooth installation that met expectations. The chosen light fixtures, such as the Plusminus, add a touch of modernity and warmth while respecting the spirit of the location.
