A fully custom lighting design created by our design team, from the initial sketch through to delivery, for an exceptional villa on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Each space was the subject of a specific study—covering traffic flow, ceiling heights, materials, and desired atmospheres—to precisely identify the most suitable lighting fixtures. At the same time, we coordinated with all manufacturing partners to ensure delivery schedules aligned with the project timeline.

No compromises were made regarding the quality of the selected products, all of which come from leading brands in the field of high-end architectural lighting. The result is a villa where minimalism and sophistication complement each other room by room, in a luminous harmony thought out down to the smallest detail. This project demonstrates our ability to transform an architectural vision into a luminous reality, fully embracing our role as a specialized design firm.

Elegant spaces: enhancing every special moment

As soon as you enter, the grand spiral staircase sets the tone. The A-Tube pendant light by Lodes finds its most accomplished expression here: its sleek geometry follows every curve of the spiral. In the central part of the villa, the living room features a Bomma pendant light made of blown glass spheres, a testament to the craftsmanship of Italian artisans. The kitchen, meanwhile, is crowned by the Rink Ovo pendant by Intralighting, a true luminous sculpture suspended above the countertop, which interacts with the living space and leaves a strong impression on the room. These three centerpieces structure the villa’s lighting experience and reflect the rigor of our selection process, in which each fixture is chosen not only for its aesthetic qualities but also for its ability to fit into a coherent narrative.

For this project, we wanted each light fixture to tell a story. It is this attention to detail, piece by piece, that transforms a lighting concept into a true architectural signature.

The excellence of a lighting design is also evident in the spaces we pass through without lingering. In the service stairwell, we integrated light strips directly embedded in the concrete wall—a visually striking solution that transforms a technical constraint into an architectural signature. The circulation areas feature carefully positioned Arkoslight spotlights to guide the eye and the footstep, without ever weighing down the atmosphere or overloading the ceilings. Finally, the parking garage features Arkos’ Black Foster fixtures: discreet, precise, and designed for demanding environments. Their presence at the villa’s entrance is no accident—it signals, from the very first step, the level of care applied to the entire project.

This attention to functional spaces reflects our philosophy: for us, every square meter counts, and lighting knows no secondary areas. It is this overall coherence, from the parking lot to the living room, that distinguishes a well-executed lighting installation from a truly masterful concept.
