The Hand Clinic in Geneva is a center specialized in surgery of the hand, wrist, and elbow, providing both emergency care and scheduled treatments, with a team of experienced specialists.

As part of the Clinique de la Main project in Geneva, Clarma provided the complete lighting planning for the medical spaces, with particular attention to the requirements of surgical procedures and user comfort.

Optimal lighting conditions for operating environments

The lighting was designed in accordance with current standards for operating environments, ensuring appropriate illumination levels, excellent color rendering, and optimal glare control. This approach supports the precision of medical procedures while providing a comfortable visual environment for both staff and patients.

A project where the mastery of light directly contributes to the quality of care and to the comfort of both professionals and patients.

This project highlights Clarma’s expertise in designing technical lighting solutions for the medical sector, combining compliance with regulatory requirements, high lighting performance, and careful architectural integration. The project is based on the use of Ledixa Slimy luminaires, valued for their reliability, efficiency, and discretion, as well as a backlighting system using stretched fabric ceilings. Positioned in the background, these systems ensure homogeneous and controlled light distribution, creating uniform luminous surfaces that enhance visual comfort and spatial clarity.

This homogeneous lighting system contributes to visual comfort and complements the architecture of the spaces with restraint and elegance.
