OLEV does not merely produce light sources; it enriches each creation with a functional and poetic dimension: some lamps improve acoustics, others mimic natural daylight, or adjust their hue to our internal rhythm.
Each piece is meticulously hand-assembled, rigorously tested in the Col Ceresa workshops in Italy, and conceived as a decorative object in its own right.

The color makes the difference

Olev understands the importance of finding the right color in a design project. In fact, the colors they use are unique, handcrafted by skilled Italian artisans exclusively for them, with a secret color formula for each shade. No color available on the market can imitate their offerings. This is what makes Olev's lamps truly original.

Overfly Plus is a pendant light that, with its thin and slightly concave plate, evokes the iconic shape of UFOs. Its delicate and elegant design is enhanced by cross-knurled incisions that adorn the entire perimeter of the lower disc.
It is perfect for illuminating a dining table, offering direct downward light softened by a honeycomb filter integrated into the light source, ensuring comfortable, glare-free lighting.

This lighting piece combines elegance and modernity with high-quality materials such as aluminum and plexiglass. Thanks to a carefully directed downward light beam, it provides soft and focused lighting, ideal for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The color temperature is available in three options: 2700 K, 3000 K, and 4000 K, allowing you to customize the ambiance according to your preferences, whether for a warmer, more relaxing light or a more neutral and dynamic illumination.

It was in the 1970s when my father handcrafted wrought iron chandeliers. I started working with him at the age of 16.
As I grew older, I noticed the first LED prototypes and realized that, at the time, there was no one with a catalog solely of designer LED lamps, handmade in Italy, with intelligent lighting.

I decided to fully embrace LED technology, and in the early 2000s, I began creating aesthetically original lamps that mimic sunlight, change in intensity throughout the day, and absorb noise.

In short, I wanted to create lighting fixtures Made in Italy that, in addition to being beautiful, could also promote human well-being.

This is how OLEV was born.
